If you've ever tried to parse a document to detect all the links and email addresses, you've probably realised how deceptively difficult this is. Horrible, flaky regex expressions 5000 characters long, accidentally DDoSing your own server when you parse raw user input, honestly... who needs the hassle?
Now, using an adapted algorithm originally developed and released by LinkedIn engineers (and with a few home grown bug fixes as well!), you can now post raw text, html, json, css (you name it, we parse it) and we will extract all urls and email addresses (and heck, absolutely anything else that semantically looks like a link!), and deliver them to you so you can get on with the business of running your business.
Take our newly released URL Detector API for a spin, and as always, feel free to contact us with any custom requests.
